CONTINUES TO GROW AND EXPANDS ITS MEMBERSHIP TO INCLUDE THE LEADING COMPANIES IN THE HIGH-END HOUSING SECTOR.
The association consolidates its position by announcing the addition of 14 new companies, bringing the total number of members to 34.
The DOM3 Association, which represents the leading companies in the high-end housing sector on the Costa del Sol, has announced the addition of 14 new companies to its list of members, bringing the total number of members to 34. These new additions further consolidate the association’s position as a benchmark in the luxury homebuilding sector in the so-called Golden Triangle, an area formed by the municipalities of Benahavís, Marbella and Estepona.
At the General Assembly held yesterday, the new companies were welcomed and the upcoming activities were presented. According to Juan Mancha, President of DOM3, “these new additions demonstrate the interest of the leading companies in the high-end housing sector to work together for the development and consolidation of the sector on the Costa del Sol”.
Among the companies that have joined DOM3 are Aalto Exclusive Design, Decodan Studio, Euro Economics, Femont Galvan Designers, González & Jacobson, Gunni & Trentino, Inhabit, La Menara, Manuel Burgos Arquitectos, Ms Design, Manzanares Abogados, Pedro Peña Interior Design, Pure Living Properties and Villarroel Torrico Arquitectos. All of them are companies with a great track record and experience in the sector, and will bring a unique and valuable vision to the association.
Each of these companies develops unique projects on the Costa del Sol, such as luxury villas, exclusive real estate developments, hotels and restaurants. Many of them have also crossed borders to undertake international projects, demonstrating their ability to compete in the global high-end residential construction market. “We are delighted to welcome these renowned companies to the DOM3 collective. Their experience and knowledge will be of great value to our association and will enable us to continue to drive the high-end sector forward,” explains Juan Mancha.
The Assembly also discussed the new actions to be taken by the association to consolidate the group itself, with initiatives that nurture the members. For example, with training activities aimed at company managers or employees and a third type of event aimed at new members. In addition, the day was enlivened with a cocktail party at Puente Romano Beach Resort where members shared their impressions and generated networking.
Leading companies that come to reinforce the relevant position of the association
Companies with a long history such as Manzanares Abogados, one of the leading law firms in Spain with more than 20 years of experience, specialising in the protection of the interests of national and international clients in the field of Real Estate Law in Spain. Or Manuel Burgos Arquitectos, a company founded 40 years ago, which is currently in the process of tackling new architectural models with new tools and adapting to the new times.
Gunni & Trentino has been in business for 50 years and provides comprehensive interior design solutions. It has more than 200 employees and, after a foreign fund bought 40% of the company some time ago, it is now embarking on international growth with offices in various parts of the world.
The international architecture firm Villaroel Torrico has also been involved in architectural design, urban planning and landscape architecture for almost 50 years. Villarroel Torrico’s designs have successfully combined sophistication, technological rationality and 21st century architecture with the vernacular traditions and origins of the Mediterranean region. MS Design Arquitectos is an architectural practice, founded by architect Marcos Sáinz in 1971. Since then, the studio has maintained the firm premise that “an architectural work needs time to understand the space and its use, for its forms to be assimilated, for it to be integrated and finally acquire the quality of timelessness”.
Pedro Peña Interior Design is a continuously evolving family company that since 1972 has been conceptualising and implementing interior design solutions at all levels, through a confidential and bespoke service internationally motivated to exceed the expectations of the world’s most demanding homeowners. Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture is a practice that encompasses all fields of architecture, planning, landscaping and interior design. Located in the heart of the Costa del Sol, Marbella, since 1993. The architectural proposals have taken Gonzalez & Jacobson Arquitectura to an international level, with a special emphasis on Mexico, Morocco and Spain.
La Menara Estudio de Paisajismo began its professional career in 1999 with a team of landscape designers and engineers based in Marbella in southern Spain. True to their philosophy of applying functionality, sustainability and aesthetics to every project, they have created unique gardens and landscapes for clients throughout Europe and Morocco.
Pure Living Properties, with more than 15 years of experience, is a boutique real estate company with a large portfolio of vacation rentals. In 2022 it managed more than 90 million euros in property sales. At Femont Galvan Designers, interiors are taken to the next level. With an expert eye for design, art and craftsmanship, they create harmonious, luxurious living spaces and commercial interiors that look and feel truly personal.
New partners also include newer companies such as Aalto Exclusive Design, an interior design studio with an 800m2 showroom, located on Marbella’s world-renowned Golden Mile. The studio works on commissioned international projects for luxury residences, exclusive urbanisations, and commercial spaces such as hotels, restaurants, shops and offices. Or Decodan Studio, a company dedicated to high-end indoor and outdoor kitchens that started in 2017 with a small showroom in Estepona and recently opened its new showroom in Marbella.
Euro Economics, meanwhile, are specialists in legal services for high-end residential housing. Founded in 2004, they advise and assist foreign companies and individuals in Spain with the aim of helping them to live, work, do business and sport in Spain while taking care of their tax, legal and accounting obligations.
INHABIT started in 2016 as a small design studio for exclusive architectural and interior design projects. In less than 7 years the company and its team of professionals have built up a portfolio gaining both national and international attention.
